Speakeasy: MCP vendor profile
Speakeasy now sells an AI control plane centred on an MCP gateway that discovers the MCP servers employees use, promotes approved ones into an internal registry and provisions them by IdP role, as documented by the vendor. Speakeasy's gateway surfaces "shadow MCP" servers in use, who uses them and which tools they expose, and blocks unsanctioned servers by default (www.speakeasy.com).

What it does for this layer
Speakeasy assigns servers to groups in Okta or Entra so they appear in members' Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT clients (www.speakeasy.com). Speakeasy lists "OAuth 2.1 with CIMD and EMA" and RBAC down to the individual tool (www.speakeasy.com). Speakeasy streams one audit log of tool calls to Datadog, Splunk or another SIEM (www.speakeasy.com).
Speakeasy has no platform fee and bills 0.35 USD per million tokens of agent session storage, 0.99 USD per million tokens scanned for risk and 20 USD per GiB of MCP gateway egress (www.speakeasy.com). Speakeasy's catalog page lists MCP servers for GitHub, Notion, Linear, Stripe, PostHog, Supabase, Figma, HubSpot and Context7 (www.speakeasy.com). Speakeasy's llms.txt calls Speakeasy "the AI control plane for the AI-native enterprise" with the MCP Gateway at its centre (www.speakeasy.com).
Admins promote a discovered server into Speakeasy's registry in one step, filtered to approved tools (www.speakeasy.com).

What it does not do
- Speakeasy's gateway is for a company's own employees and agents, not a public directory.
- The Speakeasy product page read here does not describe generating SDKs.
