Use this for a row, an endpoint to add, a correction or a question about the data.

What to include

• The page address, so the row or figure can be found.
• What is wrong or missing, and a public source that shows it: a registry entry, a changelog or a documentation page.
• For a missing company, the domain and the public MCP endpoint, if there is one.
• A reply address, if you want an answer.

What happens next

Reports about a fact are checked against the source you give and against a fresh connector run where the row concerns an endpoint. A confirmed error is fixed in place and written to the corrections log with its date. Reports with no source are read but cannot change a row.
