A Keycard unified access gateway "aggregates the tools from multiple upstream MCP servers behind a single MCP endpoint", and the admin chooses which tools it serves and who may call them ([docs.keycard.ai](https://docs.keycard.ai/admin/unified-access-gateway/)).
