Ora states 10 score reads a minute per IP. A per-domain read replaces the leaderboard figure where both exist. 168 of the 169 domains read both ways gave the same score; upstash.com had been scanned again in between, and the newer score is shown. - A cached score is the last scan Ora ran; its date is on each company's entry page.
