# Submit a company

Send a company domain and a public MCP endpoint, and a read-only connector will try the handshake before anything is published. The form on this page sends the domain and endpoint to the editor by email; this page explains what happens next.

## The form

The form opens your mail app with the domain and endpoint addressed to editor@agentmcpdirectory.com. The site stores nothing typed here.

## What happens to a submission

1. The connector requests the endpoint without a token, from a read-only client. It sends only the methods on [the allowlist](https://agentmcpdirectory.com/method/#allowlist).
2. It records the transport, protocol version, auth type and the OAuth metadata the endpoint publishes.
3. If the endpoint answers without credentials, it lists tools, resources and prompts. It never calls a tool and never signs in.
4. Only then is a row published, with the date and the connector log. An endpoint that does not answer is recorded as not counted, with the reason.

## What to send

- The company domain.
- The public endpoint URL, for example `https://mcp.example.com/mcp`.
- The CLI package name and registry, if there is one.
- A documentation link that names the endpoint.
